With the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria, Bulgaria will be presented with the book on September 18 at 17:00 at the Pilar Faus Public Library (Biblioteca Pública Pilar Faus, C. del Hospital, 13, Ciutat Vella, 46001 Valencia) "Ruse for the first time in Bulgaria" by one of its co-authors, Eng. Yovcho Stoyanov and the Deputy Mayor for Education and Culture of the city of Ruse, Encho Enchev. The book was published in 2023 with the cooperation of the Municipality of Ruse, in partnership with the Regional History Museum, the State Archive and the "Lyuben Karavelov" Regional Library.
