NAMRB has developed an interactive Guide for municipal teams, containing important topics for local government - the powers and responsibilities of mayors and municipal councils, current tasks at the beginning of the mandate, basic normative acts regulating the activity of the municipality in each sector policy, as well as good practices from Bulgarian and foreign municipalities.

For each section of the Guide there is a library with analyses, sample documents and good practices prepared by the NSORB to support municipalities. The library will be supplemented and updated throughout the term.
