The leadership of NSORB discussed with the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Andrey Tsekov the main objections of the municipalities to the draft law on water and sanitation. The texts to be considered by the Parliament follow the concept of mandatory consolidation of the water and sanitation sector laid down in the National Strategy. The reasons for the previous attempts to have the law voted on were based on the claim that the restructuring was a requirement of the European Commission.
