With panoramic flights and a number of events, Gorna Oryahovitsa awaits guests for the Hot Air Balloon Festival
The three-day event will be held during the first weekend of September in the meadows near the "Bozhur" hut

For the first time, Gorna Oryahovitsa will offer lovers of beautiful views and strong sensations panoramic hot air balloon flights. With a very rich accompanying program, the event becomes a three-day Hot Air Balloon Festival and a celebration dedicated to nature.

The festival is organized by the Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality and will be held from September 5 to 7 in the beautiful area near the "Bozhur" hut.

Many have already taken advantage of the opportunity to book a hot air balloon flight in advance, and tickets will also be available on site during the festival days. Two special hot air balloons will be available near Gorna Oryahovitsa on the first weekend of September. Due to the presence of an airport nearby, the balloons will be tethered to the ground, but will rise to a height of up to 100 meters, which guarantees a unique experience.

In addition to the panoramic flights, the program on both days includes sports activities such as yoga, pilates, zumba, tabata, body fit, folk wrestling and outdoor games, demonstrations and workshops at the medieval camp "Legends of Ryahovec", lots of music, concerts by Slavka Kalcheva, Briana, young stars Kristina Encheva and Ivan Dimitrov, outdoor chorotheques, hiking along eco-trails and to the Ryahovec fortress, as well as workshops on healthy lifestyle, working with crystals and even making eco-houses.
