In the last week of August, Varna hosts the International Film Festival "Love is Madness". The program of one of the most prestigious film forums held in our country includes the latest films nominated or awarded at international festivals.

Special guest on this year's edition of Love is Madness is Italian actor Franco Nero. His latest film "Happy Days" can be seen on the days of the festival.

Franco Nero receives the Badge of Honor of the Mayor of Varna, and after the ceremony the two of them together with Blagomir Kotsev - Mayor of Varna and member of the Board of the NAMRB will take part in the official opening of the International Festival "Love is Madness".
