Construction works have begun on the development and landscaping of public recreational areas in the town of Beloslav. The project is being implemented in two separate components:

• Component 1: “Construction and landscaping of the eastern lakeside park area for public recreation in plot 03719.502.3153, Beloslav”

• Component 2: “Construction of an eco-corner and urban walkway in plot 03719.502.3154, Beloslav”

The investment is located near the ferry terminal in the southern part of the town—a highly attractive area with panoramic views of the Varna-Beloslav Lake. The location is popular with both residents and visitors due to its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere.

The project includes the installation of various facilities and elements to create a more pleasant, functional, and aesthetically appealing environment. Evergreen, cold- and moisture-resistant conifer plants will be planted in planters, along with architectural landscaping elements for flower arrangements. New benches and waste bins will be provided for visitors’ convenience, and safety will be ensured through a metal protective railing.

Additionally, the project involves the delivery and installation of wooden pergolas with benches, a hexagonal wooden gazebo on the green areas, and solar-powered lighting for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly illumination. A video surveillance system will also be installed. The entire area will be designed and constructed to ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

A key priority for Beloslav Municipality is the maintenance and expansion of green spaces by creating new, accessible, and functional recreational areas. The construction of the eastern lakeside park is particularly important, as the area is located near a large residential neighborhood that previously lacked designated spaces for walking and relaxation.

With the completion of the project, residents and visitors will benefit from improved recreational opportunities, walking paths, social interactions, better access through a new urban walkway, and new panoramic views of the lake. The investment represents an important step toward sustainable development, higher quality of life, and a more attractive urban environment in Beloslav.
